Do I need an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, if you have an account with us, there are some benefits:

What if I forget my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What if I enter the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.

Is there an exchange rate?

All our transactions are in USD. If your credit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When you purchase online with a credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your details are then encrypted using SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network where your card and transaction will be authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order, or any part thereof, at any time after receipt of an order, in our sole discretion, even after Customer has received an order confirmation or credit card authorization. If the credit card has been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Cancellation of an order after it has been placed, regardless of the time the order was placed (even one second late) will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price as our merchant processor/credit card charges cancellation fees.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How do I set up my shipping address?

Because our website and services are based in English, all information you enter must use an English input method, including punctuation marks. If some of the letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend that you use the English equivalents. For example, you can change the letter "?" in "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update the shipping address to your home address and not your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination customs will hold the package.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed the next day as tracking information is typically provided within 24 hours of your order being shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email tracking information. Typically, you will receive a tracking number one day after your order ships.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Unless otherwise stated, offers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts.

What if there are items missing from my order?

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

The prices shown on our website are tax-free USD prices, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes after you receive your order.

Once your order reaches its final destination, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged, as determined by your local customs office.
